Egg Coated and Fried Prawns

Serve 2

Ingredients :

3 frozen pacific
Little pepper
Pinch salt
Pinch sugar
Good pinch Ve-Tsin
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons peanut oil
Lettuce

Method :

1. Shelled prawns lengthwise. Remove the black intestinal lines and trim off tails and rough edges. Mix together the pepper, salt, sugar and Ve-Tsin. Dust the prawns with all the ingredients and work them well in. Add the egg and mix well.

2. Heat the oil. Fry the prawns in it for 2 minutes on each side.

3. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving dish and place the fried prawns on them.

Remark:

If it becomes necessary to add a little extra oil in the frying pan (it often happened to Chinese cook used as little oil as possible), Not the ingredients.
