Leeks with Pork

Preparation time : 6 minutes
Cooking time : 8 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients :

2 tablespoon thin pork meat (slices)
Pinch Salt and Ve-Tsin
White pepper
1 teaspoon ginger sherry
Few drops sesame oil
1 small teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon water
slice fresh ginger
1 tablespoon peanut oil
4-5 tablespoon leeks (cut into 1-inch slices )
1/4 teaspoon sugar
3-5 tablespoon hot chicken stock

Method :

1. Heat the oil in a frying-pan and fry the ginger for 1/4 minute.

2. Add the pork and fry it for 4 minutes. Then, add the leeks with pinch salt, pinch Ve-Tsin, few shakes pepper, the remaining ginger sherry and a few drops sesame oil.

3. Add also the sugar and stock. Then, cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Turn into a heated dish and ready for serve.
