Long Beans with Fried Egg

Serves 3
Ingredients :
100 g of Peeled Prawns (diced)
200 g Long Beans (diced)
1 Red Chili (thinly sliced)
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
4 Eggs (lightly beaten with some Ground White Pepper)
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Peanut Oil
Sea Salt (to taste)
Method
1. Cook the garlic with oil in a low heat until fragrant. Set aside.
2. On moderate heat, cook the prawns briefly. Then mix in the long beans, red chili, soy sauce and give it a quick stir and toss in the garlic.
3. Then add the lightly beaten eggs and continue cooking until the eggs are set. Ready for serve.
