Steamed Crabs

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients :

6 crabs (clean)
2 inches ginger (peeled and cut into thin strips)
Pinch salt
2 tablespoon shaoxing wine or rice wine

Method :

1. Place the crabs in steamer pot and generously sprinkle 2 tablespoon shaoxing wine or rice wine, ginger and salt on top of crabs.

2. Steam the crabs for 10-15 minutes, or until crabs on top turn red. Be prepared to add more shaoxing wine or rice wine (if necessary).

3. Ready for serve.
