Bean Sprouts with Ginger

Serves 4-6

Ingredients :


3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
21/2 cm fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 kg bean sprouts

Method :

1. Heat the oil in a large frying-pan.

  • Add the onion and fry until it turn to soft.
  • Add the ginger and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients, increase the heat to moderately high volume and stir-fry for 3 minutes (or until the bean sprouts are cooked through but still crisp).

2. Place into a warmed serving dish.

3. Ready for serve.
