Pacific Prawns with Tomato Sauce

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : 4 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients :

5-6 frozen Pacific prawns
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 crushed slice fresh ginger
1 crushed clove garlic
Pinch each salt, pepper, sugar and Ve-Tsin
1/2 teaspoon ginger sherry
1 round tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/4 pint chicken stock
3/4 teaspoon cornflour
1 dessertspoon water
1 onion 'flower'Springs parsley

Method :

1. Remove the shells and black intestinal lines from the pacific prawns.

2. Add the ginger and garlic in the fryingpan with oil heated and cook until golden brown. Then add the pacific prawns in it and cook for 1 minute. Add the seasoning, ginger sherry, tomato ketchup and chicken stock cook for 1 minute.

3. Blend the cornflour with the water and stir it. Then, add and cook together with pacific prawns for 2 minutes. Add pinch salt and Ve-Tsin as well.

4. Turn the mixture into a heated serving dish and garnish with the onion 'flower' and springs parsley.

5. Ready for serve.
