Pork Ribs with Potato in Preserved Bean Curd

Preparation time : 15 min + marinade time
Cooking time : 30 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients:

500g pork ribs (cut into small pieces)
300g potatoes (cut into chunks)
2 tbsp preserved bean curd (red)
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Methods:

1. Marinate the pork ribs with preserved bean curd for an hour.

2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add in pork ribs and cook for 10 min until turn into brown.

3. Mix the potatoes into the ribs and cook for a further 20 minutes.

4. Ready for serve.
