Pork Stir-fry with Bean Sprouts and Bean Curds

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 7-10 minutes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients :

4 small bean curds (cut into bite-size)
500g bean sprouts (plucked away the roots, washed and drained)
100 g lean pork (sliced and seasoned with soy sauce and corn flour)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Olive oil

Seasonings :

1 tbsp oyster sauce
Fish sauce, pepper, pinch of sugar and ajinomoto (to taste)

Method :

1. Fried bean curds in olive oil till golden brown, remove to a serving plate.

2. Add some olive oil to the frying pan, fry garlic till aroma arises. Place the pork and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

3. Add in bean sprouts and seasonings stir-fry together with pork meat till crunchy.

4. Serve with fried tofu.
