Pork with Awabi (Abalone) Soup

Preparation time : 4-5 minutes
Cooking time : 6 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients :

2 1/2 oz lean pork
2 oz canned awabi (abolone)
1 1/2 oz canned bamboo shoots
1 1/2 pints chicken stock or 1 chicken bouillon cube and water
Pinch salt
Pinch sugar
Pinch Ve-Tsin

Method :

1. Prepare the lean pork.

2. Cut the awabi(abalone) into thin slices.

3. Bamboo shoots into thin strips.

4. Place the lean pork, awabi(abalone) and Bamboo shoots to boil. Then, add the chicken stock and remaining ingredients boil for 5 minutes.

5. Ready for serve.
