Serves 4
Ingredients :
4 tablespoons sliced lean pork
1 tablespoon water
Pinch each salt, sugar and Ve-Tsin
1/2 -1 teaspoon ginger sherry
1 1/2 teaspoons cornflour
1 fair-sized leek
1 3/4 -2 pints ( U.S. 41/4 cups) chicken stock
Method :
1. Add the seasonings, sherry and cornflour with sliced lean pork. Set aside.
2. Prepare the leek (sliced).Make sure to wash the soil out of the green.
3. Put the sliced lean pork, leek (sliced) and chicken stock boil for 5-6 minutes.
4. When you think the soup is ready pour it into the bowl and serve.
