Quick Stir-Fry Lettuce

Preparation time : 2 minutes
Cooking time : 2 minutes

Serves 3

Ingredients :

500g lettuce
Garlic (crushed)
1 chicken stock (cube)
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Pinch each salt and Ve-Tsin

Method :

1. Heat the cooking oil in frying pan and add the garlic stir-fry until golden brown.

2. Then add the lettuce, soy sauce and seasonings stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3. Ready for serve.

Remark :

*Lettuce also known as 'Iceberg lettuce'
