Rice Cooked In Chicken Stock

Preparation time : 20 minutes
Cooking time : 3 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients :

4 cup. long-grained rice
1.5litre water
2 tablespoons chicken oil (Chicken fat)
1 clove garlic
2 Chicken stock (cubes)

Method :

1. Wash the rice and drain thoroughly.

2. Fry chicken fat (smallish pieces) until golden brown. Set aside.

3. Add the crushed clove of garlic and the rice and toss with chicken oil (without colouring).

4. Boil the rice with chicken stock until frangrant (20 minutes).

5. Ready for serve.
