Snow Peas with Almonds and Cauliflowers

Serves 3-4

Ingredients :


lb. fresh snow peas (ends trimmed)
1 medium Carrot (sliced)
1 medium cauliflower (washed and trimmed)
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
5 pieces button mushroom (cut into half)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)

Method :

1. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add the garlic to cook about 1 minute or until fragrant. Add the Carrot (sliced), cauliflower (washed and trimmed), button mushroom (cut into half) and cook until it begins to soften.

2. Add the snow peas and cook until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.

3. Ready for serve.
