Stir Fried Pork Liver

Serves 3-4

Ingredients :

Ingredients A:
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
30g ginger (finely shredded)

Ingredients B:
300g pork liver (sliced)

Seasoning:
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
½ tablespoon sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Chinese Hua Tiao wine
½ tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon cornflour

Ingredients C:
50g spring onions (cut into short lengths)
2 nos. red chillies (sliced)

Method :

1. Wash and slice pork liver, mix with seasoning, marinate for ½ hour.

2. Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir-fry the ingredients A till fragrant.

3. Add in marinated liver, quick stir–fry over high heat till it’s cooked.

4. Add in ingredients C and stir well.

5. Ready for serve.
