Serves 2-3
Ingredients :
150g Shrimps (Shelled and Deveined)
½ pcs Red bell pepper
40g Carrots
40 g Canned sweet corns
1 stalk Spring onion
1 tablespoon Starchy solution
Salad oil
Shrimps (Marinade) :
1 tablespoon Egg white
½ teaspoon Salt
Pinch of white pepper powder
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
Seasoning :
½ tablespoon rice wine
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Chicken powder
Method :
1. Marinade the shrimps for 10 minutes.
2. Cut and remove the seeds of bell pepper. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
3. Cut the carrots into small pieces.
4. Cut the spring onion into chunks.
5. Heat up a frying pan with some cooking oil. Stir-fry the prepared shrimps until the colour has turned pink. Set aside.
6. Briefly stir-fry the spring onion, bell pepper, carrots and sweet corns. Return the shrimps to the frying pan. Seasoning and thicken with the starch solution. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and dish off.
7. Ready for serve.
