Stir-Fry Bean Sprout with Garlic

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : 5 minutes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients :

300g bean sprouts (clean and drain)
3-4 chili (sliced)
5 cloves fresh garlic (peel and minced)
3 snow peas (shredded)
pinch salt
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Method :

1. Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat. Fry the garlic and ginger until lightly brown; then add in shredded snow peas, chili , bean sprouts and salt.

2. Shake the wok around several times and then fry for another 2 minutes.

3. Ready or serve.

Remark :

Do not overcook the sprout because it's tend to loss the crunchiness (Bean Sprout is really fragile).
