Stir-Fried Cabbage

Serves 2-3
Ingredients :
300g cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon dried shrimps (soaked, rinsed and drained)
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
Method :
1. Heat the oil in a wok over a medium heat. Fry the garlic and dried shrimps until golden brown.
2. Add the oyster sauce, cabbage and fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce and some water. Stir well to coat the ingredients. Then fry for another 1/2 minute.
3. Ready for serve.
