Chinese Fried Chicken with Mushrooms

Serves 2 - 3

Ingredients :

2-3 tablespoons raw chicken ( breast or duck meat )
Ginger sherry
Sesame oil
Salt and Ve-Tsin ( Monosodium glutamate )
1 teaspoons cornflour
3 teaspoons water
2 tablespoons thinly sliced Chinese mushrooms
2-3 short spears green sprouting broccoli peanut oil
1 crushed clove garlic
1 small onion, chopped
3-4 tablespoons hot chicke stock Pinch sugar
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce

Sauce :

a few droops ginger sherry
few drops sesame oil chicken stock
pinch salt
Ve-Tsin
sugar
soy sauce
corn flour (add some water and stir constantly until thickened)

Method :

1. Cut the chicken diagonally into thin slices and place in a bowl with :

- a few drops of ginger sherry
- a few drops of sesame oil
- tiny pinch Ve-Tsin1/2 teaspoon corn flour
- 1 teaspoon water

2. Prepare with sliced chinese mushrooms and broccoli spears.

3. Deep fried the slices chicken with temperature 375°F.or 190°C until turn to golden brown colour.

4. Stir the garlic and onion with 1 tablespoon peanut oil, then fried together with sliced chinese mushrooms and broccoli about 2 minutes.

5. Pour the sauce over the deep fried slices chicken.

6. Ready to serve.
