Chinese Salad

Preparation time : 20 minutes
Cooking time : 12 minutes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients :

1 large Chinese mushroom (soaked 1 hour)
Little chicken stock
3-4 tablespoons bean sprouts
3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 oz poached chicken, cut into strips
1/2 fair-sized lettuces, cut into strips salt and pepper (to taste)

Method :

1. Poached chicken, cut into strips (more flavors if it is poached originally in chicken stock).

2. Get ready for all ingredients. Then, rinse the soaked mushroom.

3. Mixed a mushroom with chicken stock and then cook for 10 minutes. Drain the mushroom and cut it into thin strips and leave it become cold.

4. Pick over the bean sprouts (removing any little seed shells). Wash and rinse; then cook with a little chicken stock for 2-3 minutes. Drain and leave it become cold. Blend the peanut oil, vinegar and soy sauce together.

5. Dress the chicken and lettuce together with the oil and vinegar

6. Ready for serve.
