Fried Cabbage

Serves 4-6

Ingredients :

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 garlic clove (crushed)
700g Chinese cabbage (shredded)
75ml water
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Method :

1. Heat the oil in a large frying-pan. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and cook for 6 minutes, stirring.

2. Add soy sauce, sugar and flour together with water. Pour it into cabbage and stir fry for 2 minutes.

3. Ready for serve.
