Prawn Fried Rice

Preparation time : 3-4 minutes
Cooking time : 8-9 minutes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

100gms Prawns
1 Egg
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Capsicum (thinly sliced)
Spring onion (thinly sliced)
1 Carrot (grated)
Soya sauce
Pinch salt and black pepper
3/4oz Rice (cooked)

Method :

1. Fry onions in 2 tbsp oil till light golden.

2. Add capsicum and carrot and cook for 3-4 minutes.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in frying pan to cook the rice(cooked) for 3-4 minutes.

4. Beat egg into the frying pan and keep stiring. Add prawns and cook for a couple 2 minutes. Then, add salt and soya sauce; stir for another 1 minute.

5. Place the spring onion (thinly sliced) on top of Prawn Fried Rice .

6. Ready for serve.
