Stir-Fry Chicken with Chinese Mushrooms

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : 8 minutes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients :

2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
50g Chicken breasts meat (sliced)
10pieces Button mushrooms (cut into half)
10pieces Chinese mushrooms (thinly sliced)
5pieces baby corn
30g ginger (finely shredded)
pinch salt
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 Cloves garlic (finely chopped)

Method :

1. Heat up the wok with 2 tablespoons oil, stir-fry the garlic and ginger untill fragrant.

2. Add the oyster sauce and chicken breasts meat, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add the Button mushrooms, Chinese mushrooms, baby corn, salt and Soy sauce, stir-fry together with chicken for another 2 minutes.

4. Ready for serve.
